Tech 21 Leeds Pedal

Post by GigawattCustom121 »

Is this on anyone else's short list?

So many guys play Marshall pedals through Marshall amps, why not a Hiwatt for us Hiwatt guys 8)

Actually with the cab sim option I was thinking this looks like great "damn my amp just blew" back-up solution for going straight to the PA.

That doesn't sound bad on the video, I'd like to check it out in person.

Tech21 have done a decent job with that entire 'fake amp' series of pedals, IMO.

Definitely. I really liked the Liverpool too as a Vox-in-a-box. I hope they go back and add this new option to turn off the cab sim to some of the older models.

Overall there's a lot more going on in these pedals than most in terms of eq control and tone shaping options... At least compared to, for example, pedals where the special feature is to switch out the clippers or something... Anyway, my initial impression is a thumbs to Tech21 for um... thinking out of the box. :D

I guess I'll report back when these come out and I pick one up.
