I saw these in person for the first time tonight. Of course, I'm prejudiced, but I really like the way they look. :D

I had no reasonable expectation of winning this amp, but somehow it happened:

Thinking of pairing it with a Hi-Tone 2x12 loaded with DR-F's. Would that be a good match?

I don't own a Sound City to test with, but I'd expect it would be. I know mark has run both Hiwatt and "M" amps into his DR-F cab with good results. Your "new" 100 watter may be better powering 4x12's, though.

Thanks Dave! I'd love a 4x12, but my back can't take it anymore :D

A heartfelt thank you to the good folks at VHR. This Hi-Tone 2x12 is outstanding. I don't want to think about all of the money I've spent on cabinets over the years. The DR-F loaded 2x12 is one of the finest units I have ever had the pleasure of owning...let alone playing through.

It would be a bargain at twice the price. Well done guys!
