I have helped him as much as I could.

The guy he bought it from knew it was a fake back in march 2008.
He (previous owner) was determined to get his money back and screw the next guy....The current owner seems like an "OK" guy, just unlucky.

Hmm.. In that case I think what the previous owner did will probably come back and bite him sometime..

He recently joined this forum, but hasn't posted yet. I feel bad for him.

The "I got screwed, so I have the right to screw the next person" thing just doesn't cut it . The knowing seller of that amp should be ashamed.

Thats the problem with "parts-o-instruments"

It's a pity David Gilmour's Black Strat is a good tool but has little value as a Strat. Heh heh heh
