As you remember, there had been two speakers with tears inside the cabinet. One really bad, and one only with two small ones. Know i fixed the easier one. I used a teabag, Pattex glue 1:2 with water, cigarette ash for colouring, black marker and alcohol for the final finish. Here are the fotos:
