Hiya folks
First off on an OT - my amps have returned from the tech and are now running as good as ever.
My question is in regards to the authenticity of a valve I purchased a long while ago.
It's a bit of a mixed feeling for me, I have been told that what I purchased was sold as a Mullard CV4024 but could infact me a rebranded "NO NAME" valve...
This is the one in question...I won't state where I purchased it from but I'm sure you can work it out.
Not accusing anyone of anything here, I'd just like to know
Is this a genuine Mullard CV4024 or not?? Cheers

Would these also be genuine ECC83 NOS?

Re: Valve Question
perhaps, but the single pic doesn't show the production codes.
Re: Valve Question
Yes, finding Mullard CV4004 seems to be trickier than the CV4024s. Do you know of reputable places in the UK to source them?Dr.HI-TONE wrote:perhaps, but the single pic doesn't show the production codes.
