Might well be the worst-formatted ebay listing I've seen, but what I see in the photos looks legit. That said, one must be cautious, given the source...

Tags, yes. Cones? I dunno, they usually look a little more faded, but the cone construction looks right. Could be the picture, too, making them look darker.
Grille cloth could be original if it was taken care of and stored well. Could just as easily have been replaced. But the money's really in the drivers.
You can almost feel the current flowing
You can almost see the circuits blowing
I was thinking of jumping into the race as well, but not sure I want to do business with someone called rudeamericanfollies and communicates in style that befits the name...

I am the high bidder, but I may retract it considering the Harrison/MG connection..........

Atleast the seller admits that Rick Harrison put those speakers into that cab for him. The auction is laid out so poorly that I didn't see that info until just a minute ago. I did notice that the staples that held the wiring harness in place were not rusty, while every other screw, nut and bolt is quite rusty.
The cab may have been legit, the speakers......?
My advice: Don't get "Dicked"
It may be a decent "player" if picked up for $700-$800. It is far from any collector piece.
