The cab is mine now. Its in excellent condition and was used very rarely and only with DR504. Sounds excellent with my 72 DR103.

I just bought nice 72 Hiwatt DR103 and as i dont have former SE4122 nowadays i am looking for 2x12 cab. I am from Europe, so VHR 2x12 with DR-F would be fairly expensive because opf shipping. So which speakers would you recommend me to get as nearest as possible into 70s Fane territory? I am crankin...

I like very much 70s T-Tops with my DR103. They are clear and dynamic pickups, which go well with Hiwatt. I know, its not the classic Les Paul sound with T-Tops, but it suits great to my playing style.

Hm, at least one of my caps looks very similar. Do you think i need recap too? My amp is dead quiet, no problems at all.

I purchased a used 100 watt head in 1972 that had a sheet metal Logo plate where the usual engraved laminated black/white plastic badges are located. Does anyone know anything about these amps with the sheet metal badge? And how is the sound of the amp? I always seem to like more the sound of late ...
