New guy here... Operations Engineer for a major VoIP provider. I spent a few years as a PCB drafting in the 80s before moving to computers... spent a little time as a rock star between careers. My day gig is a mix of Unix, Oracle, SIP, SS7, Sonus and a WHOLE LOT of sifting through Outlook :roll: but...
